Where information is an estimate, projection, target, assumption, or future expectation, users should present it as such.
6. No Guaranteed Investment Claims
Damascus Projects is an introduction and communication platform.
Users must not use the platform to present uncertain financial outcomes as guaranteed results.
Statements such as guaranteed profits, guaranteed returns, guaranteed appreciation, or guaranteed investment success may be misleading and are prohibited where they misrepresent the actual level of certainty.
Users must not pressure another person into making a financial decision by falsely claiming that an opportunity is:
- Risk-free;
- Guaranteed;
- Approved by Damascus Projects;
- Guaranteed by Damascus Projects;
- Guaranteed by a government or financial institution when it is not;
- Available for only a fabricated limited period; or
- Certain to produce a particular financial return.
Users are responsible for conducting their own appropriate due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Damascus Projects may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Guidelines prevents Damascus Projects from taking steps necessary to protect users, the platform, or the rights of others.

Users remain responsible for their own conduct and decisions.
Damascus Projects does not assume responsibility for every statement, promise, transaction, agreement, investment decision, business relationship, or other interaction between users merely because the interaction occurred through the platform.
